Paranoia

There are far to many people who think everything that is happening around them is some sort of government conspiracy and they are just pawns in some grand scheme to control the world.  I look at these people and just think, “The world isn’t as bad as you think.”  Yeah, the government has secrets, and some are most definitely dark, but that does not mean that they want to take over the world through some convoluted plan, like this guy thinks.

I think this dark and dismal future that some create is just a way to cast the blame on something else.  They think that there us nothing that can be done therefore we should just give up.  When they look into the world and all they can see is darkness, that is, really, a fairly logical conclusion.  However, there is always some glimmer of light.  No matter how dark something may seem, there is always room for redemption.  Bah… I am just tired of all of this government bashing and “evil” United States stuff.  Isn’t there any room for a little trust?  Not blind trust, but just trust enough to not be paranoid and delusional that the “army is following you.”

Please people, just have a little respect for authority… Changes need to be made, but not by sitting in a sound booth and screaming “They’re coming to take me away, hoho!”  All this end of the world stuff is gossip, plain and simple.  I know I am pulling from the extreme, but my point remains.  You think the government has “poisoned the water hole?”  Why don’t YOU test it?  Legally, we can.  That is the great thing about America!  We have resources to test the water, to test our food.  So please, calm down and take faith in our system based on checks and balances.  Oh hum… I guess that is all I can say…
